Filed under: TV Replay The season finale of ‘Glee’ is just a week away, and Matthew Morrison has a new album to promote. So Morrison announced today on ‘Good Morning America’ (weekdays, 7AM on ABC) that he will be joining the Backstreet Boys and New Kids on the Block tour this summer “playing some arenas and stuff.” The ever-supportive Robin Roberts seemed flabbergasted.

Filed under: Reality-Free , TV News , Celebrity Interviews On Mindy Kaling’s Twitter feed, the actress has been hinting that this is also her last season , even if it’s jokingly in comparison to the much more ballyhooed departure of Steve Carell. The other day, I spoke to Paul Lieberstein, who most people know as hapless HR rep Toby on ‘The Office,’ but he is also an executive producer and the current showrunner on the series. During our interview, which mostly revolves around the season that will end with next week’s star-studded season finale, I asked if Kaling, who not only plays Kelly Kapoor but also is one of the show’s best writer/producers, is coming back next year

Filed under: TV News For some reason, Michaele Salahi has recorded a song. ‘Bump It’ tells the story of a person who likes her beats loud, not about the as-seen-on-TV hair accessory to give your instant hair volume. ['The Biggest Loser: Couples' - 'Week Seventeen'] “At this time I’m asking to leave ‘The Biggest Loser’ for personal reasons.” With the premiere of ‘The Voice’ truncating ‘Loser’ to a single hour this week and next, I was half-expecting to get a half-episode from the producers. After all, there were only seven contestants left in the game coming into this episode

Filed under: Features If something about TLC’s new reality series ‘Extreme Couponing’ makes you uneasy and fascinated at the same time, join the club. As I watched last week’s premiere — as well as the special that aired a few months ago — the feelings that I got weren’t “Yay, bargain hunters!” or “Wow, if you really put your mind to it, you can live pretty well in this crummy economy!” No, it was just that turbulent combination of emotions that makes you ashamed you’re watching this spectacle unfold on your flat screen but unable to turn the channel.

Filed under: Reality-Free , TV Previews , Celebrity Interviews None of the stars of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ are very good at sharing — well, at least when it comes to plot details. We’re not saying they’re lying like their on-screen alter-egos, but they’ve certainly mastered the art of the tease. Shay Mitchell , who plays newly out lesbian Emily on the hit ABC Family series, called up TV Squad last week to chat about the show.
