Each week, someone new tops the leaderboard, which means it’s anyone’s game right now. This week’s Americana theme proved to shake things up yet again, with Hines Ward kicking Chelsea Kane from the top spot and two-time leaderboard topper Ralph Macchio finding himself in a three-way tie for last place

, MJ’s Take After last night’s lackluster showing from the Top 8 girls, I approached tonight’s Top 8 guys with a little trepidation. I feared the copious amounts of suck the boys could bring to the ‘Idol’ stage, considering they’d been unable to so far match the girls performance-wise. But, surprisingly, the guys not only picked better songs, but raised their game in a way the girls generally didn’t
