In this case the nation has gone to “Gorilla Juicehead Guido Heaven,” as last night’s third (or, um, second and a half?) season premiere of ‘Jersey Shore’ scored major ratings for MTV. More than 8.4 million viewers tuned in for the latest antics of the Macaroni Rascals as they returned to their rightful home, the Jersey Shore.
