Filed under: American Idol Remember way back when Season 9′s Alex Lambert claimed, via Twitter, to be living on the streets ? Then a rep from 19 Entertainment, which has a development deal with Lambert, claimed the contrary, citing a retainer from which Lambert recieves monthly checks. Well, Lambert, who’s been tweeting away over the past month, had this to tweet about 19 Entertainment’s reponse: “19 entertainment put me on a retainer> > ?” Then, in a response to a tweet from fellow season 9-er Andrew Garcia asking what a retainer is (umm), Lambert followed up: ” $$$ dude! These guys have been telling the media they been payin me! Makin me look like im lyin! It’s a shame dude!”

, Life After ‘Idol’ In the sparkly line that stretched around the block for the Idols, Rock My Town! concert at New York City’s intimate Highline Ballroom, dedicated “Glamberts” — some of whom had begun lining up that morning, or driven 11 hours to be there — discussed whether their patron saint Adam Lambert would close the show, despite Kris Allen ‘s having won the title of ‘American Idol.’ Kris Allen fans, on the other hand, expressed concerns (which ultimately proved legitimate) that the prominent turnout would thin after Lambert’s and last season’s fourth-place finisher Allison Iraheta’ s sets. But those who left early, whatever their reasons, missed the point of having all three Idols at one show. The trio of Kris Allen, Allison Iraheta and Adam Lambert, dubbed “Kradison” by fans, performed together Friday night as part of the exclusive Ryan Seacrest-sponsored event for the first time since the season 8 American Idols Live! summer tour ended
