, Music , Life After ‘Idol’ Season 2 ‘American Idol’ contestant Kimberley Locke is getting down and disco on her new single, the stripped-down but dance-y ‘Strobe Light.’ Since finishing in third place behind Clay Aiken and winner Ruben Studdard, Locke released an album, “One Love,” in 2004 which produced the smooth, falling-in-love jam, “8th World Wonder.” She released another album and a Christmas album, both in 2007. Her song, ” Band of Gold ” made it onto the soundtrack for Tyler Perry’s film Why Did I Get Married?’
