Online , production troubles might cause the MTV series’ planned season abroad to turn into a short-term vacation. Though E! reports there have been difficulties getting the proper filming permits, an Italian Film Commission rep said nobody from MTV has applied for any yet.

Filed under: TV Replay Scot Sibella, COO of the MGM Grand, learned first-hand how difficult some of the jobs are in his casino on ‘Undercover Boss’ (Sun., 9PM on CBS). Working the roulette table, he saw how difficult it can be to take money away from people, and especially when you’re screwing up the spin. The patrons even started giving him a hard time about it, rolling their eyes.

‘Undercover Boss’ Needs to Be Clear on Who the Boss Really Is

Filed under: TV News CNN’s ‘Parker Spitzer’ is losing one of its namesake hosts. Confirming weeks of speculation (beginning with a Jan. 10 Wall Street Journal report), CNN vice president Ken Jautz announced today that journalist Kathleen Parker would leave the show, which has been renamed ‘In the Arena.’ Jautz wrote in a memo to his staff, according to The Hollywood Reporter , that “Kathleen Parker has decided to leave the program to focus on her writing, and we have decided to take the show in a new direction.”

The old band is getting back together, so to speak. Jaime Pressly and Ethan Suplee, who costarred on Greg Garcia’s ‘My Name Is Earl,’ are scheduled to drop by Garcia’s new show, ‘Raising Hope,’ toward the end of the season, Entertainment Weekly reports
